A tiny thatched cottage, built up in layers inside an oval frame the colour of warm honey. There are climbing roses, a sprinkle of garden flowers and a path leading to the door, all with a depth that makes you lean in and look twice. It’s a little window onto a countryside that may never have existed, and it’s lovely on a quiet wall.
