While we work closely with our delivery partners, Bloom & Heirloom cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

• Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Bloom and Heirloom is a store that is home to an eclectic mix of vintage and preloved homewares and jewellery as well as upcycled pieces too.

This shop is my passion project, a place I get to share the treasures that I have hand picked and saved from the landfill to be given a new home and sometimes a new lease of life.

I have always had a passion for finding old things and reusing them, either as they are or upcycling them into something new. So many of the items we buy are discarded because they no longer fit our style of 

Currently Bloom and Heirloom are only available online but coming later this year we will be adding a few in person sales so you can come and see the items before you buy.
