Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

International

Incorrect Shipping Information

Bloom & Heirloom is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll help investigate.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, Bloom & Heirloom cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We'll work quickly to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
